We stock high purity, high quality white marine de-icing salt in our depots across the UK. It is British Standard BS3247 compliant with full traceability. Our priority service agreement with two major suppliers ensures a continuous supply and back-up resilience for roads, car parks and footpaths. Our salt stock levels are monitored and adjusted based on long-range weather forecasts. We also have storage facilities near client sites to ensure constant availability and reduce our carbon footprint.

This means that, using your postcode, we can receive an accurate local weather forecast for your sites, along with both actual and predicted air and ground temperatures for that night. We use this information to inform our clients about the winter gritting service we will be providing that day and also to look ahead to ensure that we are always prepared for every eventuality. We can also provide additional forecasts for mezzanine car parks that may be at a slightly higher risk of frost and ice than ground-level roadways and pathways.
