We are 100% committed to ensuring that all our clients, which include the fantastic NHS, can keep working even when adverse weather hits. With the NHS, we must be mindful of the emergency vehicles that need to operate 24/7.
We work with such caution and attention to detail, to ensure we do not disrupt their service, but provide them with a safe environment. They can then carry out their service quickly in wintry conditions.
However, it’s not just mechanical gritting we undertake when working for the NHS. Manual gritting is involved too. This is because we need to ensure that pathways, ambulance bays and even helipads are safe for any patients/staff coming in and out of the hospitals! Many of our NHS clients have priority routes, that must be adhered to when extreme weather hits.
